samgyupsal
Truly a classic dish for many Koreans. It’s one of the go-to meats for Koreans. This one is not as easy to tackle as it may sound. For the actual meat, you’re not necessarily doing anything but grilling it to your taste, but rather you need to prepare the dipping sauces and accessories! We’ll show you below how to make the various dipping sauces commonly eaten with samgyeopsal! Service with lettuce and other leafy greens. Wrap the meat with the sauces and green onion salad (pajeori) and put it in a leaf wrap. It’s also common to grill garlic cloves while grilling the samgyeopsal for that extra flavor. Grill these bad boys over a nice hot flame.
